Traditional Thai Massage is a 2,500-year-old healing art that combines rhythmic compression along the body’s Sen energy lines with passive, yoga-like stretches that open joints and release deep-seated tension. Unlike oil-based treatments, this is performed fully clothed on a comfortable floor mat, allowing Maliwan to use her hands, thumbs, elbows, forearms, and feet to apply precise therapeutic pressure. The result is a treatment that works simultaneously on the physical body and the energetic system — leaving you looser, lighter, and more centred than when you arrived.

What to Expect

Wear loose, comfortable clothing — Thai massage is performed fully dressed. Maliwan begins at your feet, applying thumb-pressure to energy channels, and works systematically up through the calves, thighs, hips, and torso before finishing with neck, shoulder, and scalp work. Throughout the session, she guides you through passive stretches — nothing is forced; every movement is supported. Sessions run 60 or 90 minutes. You will feel lighter, longer, and deeply relaxed when you stand up.
